Kids and canvassing...

The last two days have gone by quickly.  So far, the camp has been a big success and the kids are all enjoying the activities.  Our team is doing a great job.  I will let them blog about the details.  Each day, after camp is over, we have gone out into the community and canvassed nearby neighborhoods with invitations to visit Open Arms.  We've covered a lot of ground in the last two days and we still have a box full of cards to deliver.  Everyone here is so much fun.  As I am writing this, we are all sitting in the attic with a few of the church staff members, laughing and having a good time.  Tonight, we are planning on watching the 'football match' with everyone (that's a soccer game for those that are not as international as we are).  It should be a good time.  I'm happy to report that everyone is doing well and there have been no injuries, serious or otherwise.  We are still a little tired, but the attitudes have remained surprisingly positive.  That is all I have to report for now.  Hopefully, the blog will be active tonight...

Matt
